Conduct and Employment

Internal investigations must follow a fair procedure for everyone involved. Properly conducted investigations should assist fair, objective and informed decision-making. If they are not conducted properly, there is the risk of reputational harm and legal action.

Bond Solon provides a series of one- and two-day courses designed to give those tasked with carrying out investigations into employee grievance or conduct the knowledge and skills to undertake investigations confidently and to best practice standards.

Our programmes are delivered to a variety of audiences, from line managers undertaking ad hoc investigations who require more confidence in their understanding of the internal investigation process, to teams whose remit is to investigate allegations of serious misconduct.

Our clients include: Lloyds Banking Group Conduct Investigations, Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service, Kingfisher plc, Home Office Professional Standards Unit, Prudential plc, Education and Skills Funding Agency, and numerous local authorities and universities.
