This course is designed to refresh and update knowledge of the complex area surrounding the disclosure process. This is to ensure that the principles are being applied correctly to criminal investigations - to reduce the possibilities of failed prosecutions which often occur due to errors in the application of the disclosure process. The course examines recent changes that have occurred to ensure that delegates have the most up to date information and how it applies to their investigations in their working environment.
