NEW National Register of University Certificated Expert Witnesses
We are proud to announce the official launch of the National Register of University Certificated Expert Witnesses.
What is the National Register of University Certificated Expert Witnesses?
It’s a free to access online list of expert witnesses who have been awarded a Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate.
All experts listed in this register have:
- undertaken formal expert witness training with Bond Solon
- been assessed and quality assured by Cardiff University
- committed to completing 6 hours of expert witness continuing professional development every 2 years
The Bond Solon register will keep growing and we are receiving new registrations on a regular basis.
Why has the National Register been developed?
Bond Solon understands the challenges instructing parties face when they are looking to source an appropriate expert witness.
Instructing parties need to be certain that the expert they select is not only suitably qualified and experienced in their field of expertise, but also they must understand their duties to the court, and possess the requisite skills and knowledge in order to successfully fulfil the role of the expert witness.
By accessing our register, instructing parties can be confident in the knowledge that any expert they select has been formally trained by Bond Solon, and assessed and deemed competent to act as an expert witness by Cardiff University.
This Register confirms that the experts listed have passed the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate and are committed to CPD. The register does not warrant that the profiles provided by the experts themselves are accurate.
