Psychology & Psychiatry Experts is an expert witness practice founded and clinically led by Dr Andrew Derry. We understand what expert work demands because we do it ourselves. We've built our practice around the people who make it possible: Our associates.

That lets us match each instruction to the right person rather than circulating it to many. What reaches you is relevant, properly scoped and appropriately funded.

Our instructions come from solicitors and local authorities across family, civil, criminal and immigration proceedings. They include both privately funded and Legal Aid work. Once you accept a case, our team takes care of everything around it:

• Agreeing scope, fees and timescales with instructing parties
• Managing letters of instruction, documents and bundles
• Booking assessment appointments and tracking court dates and deadlines
• Quality-checking reports before submission
• Raising invoices and following up payment on your behalf

You decide how much work you take on. Fit expert witness instructions around your clinical commitments and turn down anything that isn't right for you. We keep communication clear and prompt, so you always know where a case stands.
