Surveillance Log Keeping

Course Outline:

Individuals who carry out surveillance must be able to record their actions accurately to an evidential standard acceptable to the courts. The role of the Surveillance Loggist is to accurately record the actions and observations of the team during a surveillance operation.

This course is a combination of theory and practical which allows the delegates to record the events obtained from surveillance.

  • Understand current legislation and procedures in relation to surveillance log keeping
  • Record and maintain accurate surveillance logs
  • Conduct a surveillance debrief
  • Carry out surveillance log keeping to the highest level
