This half day course is designed to give delegates an understanding of the Freedom of Information Act (FoI) and the Environmental Information Regulations so that they understand how it applies to their organisation. The course also looks at requests for information under FoI and the exemptions to provision the information. The course is delivered by our subject matter expert, in data protection and FoI, and is a qualified lawyer.
