• Megan Millar, barrister at 6 Kings Bench Walk, one of a team of barristers to the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry. She will address what lessons can be learned by expert witnesses from Horizon and other inquiries
• Mr Justice Waksman, the Judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court, and someone who has been instrumental in the development of the Civil Procedure Rules, will look at best practice in civil courts and what the future holds
