With some preparation, virtual interviews can be as effective and fair as in-person interviews and provide considerable advantages including cost and travel time savings. In fact, as society begins to return to “new normal”, virtual interviews may remain the perfect means in some circumstances.

Chris Munden, Senior Training Consultant at Bond Solon, interviewed Jim Sullivan, Lead Specialist Investigative Trainer, on the use of virtual interviewing and gave his top tips for conducting virtual interviewing.
