In collaboration with Kathryn Clague, Lecturer at Cardiff University Law School and Head of the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Certificate Programme, we have developed the “Legal Update for Expert Witnesses” online course.

This course will provide you with an update of the key cases and developments in relation to expert witnesses that have taken place in the last 12 months. Specifically, this Legal Update online course will look at:

• Key cases relating to:

1. The duties owned by experts in the areas of: The General Duty to the Court | The requirement to be independent and objective | Conflict of Interests
2. Joint Statements

• New Resources and Developments

The Legal Update for Expert Witnesses is relevant to all expert witnesses acting as a civil, criminal or family expert.
