This half day course is aimed at police officers/staff and staff from other law enforcement agencies that have a working knowledge of the legislation to refresh and update this knowledge with regards to any changes to RIPA, Pt 3 of the Police Act 1997 & IPA, including started cases or significant judgements and also considers the practical aspects of these. This course refreshes and updates the following areas:

  • Property Interference
  • Targeted Equipment Interference
  • Covert Human intelligence Sources (CHIS)
