The use of technology to reduce costs and improve the speed and efficiency of the justice system is a key priority for the Government.

“The administration of the justice will go up into the cloud. Paper-based practices will disappear.” says Lord Justice Fulford. He adds that the judiciary would fight to keep courts open to public scrutiny as the digital revolution takes effect.
