Courtroom Skills

Cross examination day
On this day you will practice the skills learned on the Courtroom Skills course and your cross -examination will be videoed for assessment by Cardiff University Law School.
Delegates then decide which certificate they will receive by completing either the Civil, Criminal or Family 2-day Law & Procedures course
Civil, Criminal or Family Law and Procedure modules 1 and 2
During these two days, you will learn more about the procedure of your chosen court format and the experts witnesses role. At the end of the second day you will sit a short multiple choice test.
