Failure to conduct interviews properly will result in evidence being inadmissible, unreliable or without weight and may adversely affect the fairness of the trial.

This course will give delegates the key skills to interview witnesses, obtain witness statements and interview suspects.

Helpful witnesses must be interviewed to maximise the impact of their evidence. Suspects must be interviewed so their evidence is obtained properly.
