In House Training
Training for the police is normally organised on an in-house basis for reasons of confidentiality, security and focus. It is run at a location convenient to the host force. It can be run on a team, site, department, force or regional basis. The optimum number of participants is normally 8 per day.
All courses are interactive and participants may carry out role-related exercises before and during the courses. Participants will receive objective criteria-based feedback. Real practical examples will be used whenever possible. Learning will be focused on the participants’ development. Outcomes can include the relevant National Occupational Standards.
Course material is designed to give practical guidance. It includes aide-memoires, exercises, and notes. We can develop course material in collaboration with operational, training and development and police staff departments.
