Over 90% of Bond Solon’s training is delivered in house. If you have 6 or more colleagues interested in the training you may wish us to design and deliver the training at your organisation.

We will liaise with key personnel to create a series of tailor-made case studies and scenarios for the trainings, based around the key areas of legislation, procedure and powers relevant to your work.

The training is interactive and delegates will carry out role-plays, watch videos and receive written and oral feedback on activities carried out during the courses. Case studies based on real practical examples will be used as much as possible. Learning will be focussed on delegate participation.

In order that they can refresh themselves on any matters covered in the course, each participant is provided with comprehensive manuals that cover the course content.
